OK...So I used to draw constantly and I was (I thought at a time) pretty OK. I'm a comic fan of all types and while I occasionally attempt photo real work I mainly do fan art. I've attempted a full-on comic or two in the past and predictably ran out of steam somewhere around page 20 while re-reading and deciding that I'd spent two months cooking up hot garbage. Life continues, and somehow I got away from drawing.

I recently made some changes that will give me more free time and I've picked up the pencil again this month. The first thing I noticed is that there is clearly some rust. I intend to use this page as a journal to accomplish two ends:

1.) To keep a running progression as I re-hone my skills (such as they are). I will post everything in chronological order and note my thoughts. I encourage anyone interested in being CONSTRUCTIVE to do the same. Ideally I will learn from each piece and gradually these pics will get better.

2.) To keep the fire lit. I can't believe I stopped drawing, but with this page as a side project hopefully I will have a constant reason to do new work.
